Coconut Oil Reverses the Effects of Alzheimer’s, Among Many Other Benefits

Dr. Newport has discovered that ketones in coconut oil reverse the effects of Alzheimer’s disease.
Because Alzheimer’s is like a diabetes for the brain, brain cells cannot accept glucose for those afflicted with the disease. Ketone, a chemical identical to glucose, is easily accepted by the brain. Ketones are found in heaping amounts in coconut oil.
Dr. Newport gave it to her husband who had very serious Alzheimer’s. Within just a couple weeks his entire life was altered dramatically. For example, after not reading for a year and half, he was able to read again. After not being able to exercise, he began exercising. He began making jokes again, becoming involved socially, and generally having a second chance at life.
Researchers have actually created a remedy even more powerful than coconut oil, 10x more powerful in fact. It’s known as a ketone ester. This ester would undoubtedly treat and reverse Alzheimer’s disease in millions of people around the world within weeks. Unfortunately, they can’t get any funding. As the lead researcher states, it’s because there’s no profit in manufacturing the ester, which is proven to be reversing the effects of Alzheimer’s.
Interestingly, many years ago, people steered clear of coconut oil because it was said to raise your cholesterol. This was before doctors knew there were two types of cholesterol, good and bad cholesterol, or LDL/HDL. Coconut oil, we now realize, raises good cholesterol and lowers bad cholesterol dramatically. This information has never been revised by the mainstream medical industry, and doctors still tell many patients not to take coconut oil due to the effect on cholesterol.
Coconut oil has many other extremely positive benefits outside of Alzheimer’s as well. Coconut oil improves or treats:
- Parkinson’s
- ALS
- Autism
- Dementia
- Schizophrenia
- Dental care
- Bones
- Diabetes
- Liver diseases
- Kidney diseases
- Heart disease
- Weight loss
- Digestion
- Immunity
- Infection
- Pancreatitis
- Stress relief
- And helps kill viruses like HIV and Herpes due to its natural antibiotic properties
In my personal experience, coconut oil isn’t just great for your body, it’s great for your taste buds too. I use it to cook everything, from fish, to eggs. I even put it on my salad as a dressing. It adds a subtle, completely natural and life improving sweetness to whatever it is added to. Sometimes I just snack on it, scooping it right out of the container!
My favorite brand is the cold pressed, totally unprocessed extra virgin coconut oil made by Nutiva.

Remote Control Cockroaches

After many attempts to create remote control cockroaches, researchers have finally succeeded, with a video to prove it!
By connecting an electronic backpack to the legs and antennae of Madagascar hissing cockroaches, researchers were able to control their movements and routes almost flawlessly. Cockroaches can go for great lengths of time without food so they are the perfect biological device. They are also dramatically cheaper than creating a mass of tiny robots.
Applications for these remote control buggers include search and rescue missions, navigating through tight spaces, detecting high radiation levels (cockroaches are highly resistant to radiation), and playing excellent pranks on unsuspecting victims.
Scientists are also developing remote controlled rats and moths. Not a single critter is to be trusted in this brave new world!

Ancient Galaxy That Shouldn’t Exist is Found Perfectly Formed

http://www.spacetelescope.org/ Astronomers have discovered a 10.7 billion year old galaxy they say shouldn’t exist. This ancient galaxy was discovered by UCLA astrophysicist Alice Shapley and her team who thought they had made an error when they first discovered the ‘grand design’ spiral galaxy.

After further observation it became clear that this ancient galaxy is in fact the real deal. The ancient galaxy has been creatively named “BX442”.
The hallmark of a grand design galaxy is its well-formed spiral arms, but getting into this conformation takes time. When astronomers look at most galaxies as they appeared billions and billions of years ago, they look clumpy and irregular. A 10.7-billion-year-old entity, BX442 came into existence a mere 3-billion years after the Big Bang.
For such a well organized, colossal galaxy to form and keep its shape is unprecedented. Astronomers believe the ancient galaxy, BX442, kept it’s shape through the gravitational pull and sway of a nearby dwarf galaxy which is on a collision course with it.

The discovery of this well formed beautiful ancient galaxy has set a new benchmark in cosmological inquiry and understanding. Any find that forces us to rethink and reevaluate is a worthwhile discovery. The galaxy we live in is called the Milky Way Galaxy, and Space.com tells us that:
The Milky Way is a barred spiral galaxy, about 100,000 light-years across. If you could look down on it from the top, you would see a central bulge surrounded by four large spiral arms that wrap around it. Spiral galaxies make up about two-third of the galaxies in the universe.
I think it’s fairly obvious what is going on though. Our distant galactic neighbors have perfected the art of intentional galactic-forming.
Duh.

U.K. Chief Advisor on Drug Policy Fired For Showing Danger of Alcohol and Tobacco

http://www.smh.com.au Professor David Nutt, the U.K. Government’s Chief Advisor on Drugs Policy, was sacked for revealing the intense dangers of alcohol and cigarettes and the relative safety of cannabis and ecstasy. In this article discussing Professor David Nutt’s research of the dangers of alcohol in he asks why alcohol isn’t illegal if relatively harmless drugs are.
This is a show of blatant disregard for science and scientific insight. Despite what the U.K.’s scientific councils advised the government regarding the safety of said drugs and the necessary changes of the current policy, they went ahead and did the opposite. Scientists have time and time again been deliberately ignored. The scientific community is understandably outraged.
Professor Nutt is calling the Prime Minister as irrational, and stressing that the position of politicians on drugs is focused on morals, and devoid of scientific evidence.
Like many governments around the world, this is proof that their focus is on profit rather than public safety, public want, and rationality.

Sweet Discovery: Sugar Molecules Floating in Gas Around Star

http://farm9.staticflickr.com/ Astronomers have discovered simple carbohydrates, necessary for the building of life, floating in the gas surrounding a star some 400 light years away.
Although the discovery does not prove the existence of extra-terrestrial life, it opens the doors of possibility even further ajar. The carbohydrates are present even before planets begin to form.
The lead astronomer, Jes Jørgensen, stated that
these results are giving us and other astronomers ammunition to go out and look for other prebiotic, and possibly more complex, molecules in regions where stars and planets are forming.

New Report Urges Decriminalization of Drugs in Australia

A large amount of reports are being made urging the decriminalization of cannabis and ecstasy in Australia in an attempt to tackle the problem of drug addiction.
Advocates, including current high power politicians, have advocated that prohibition and law enforcement has failed, and that treatment must be set as the main priority. Decriminalizing cannabis and ecstasy will separate these drugs away from harder, more seriously health and life threatening substances.
The reporters also stated that the move would not be in any way radical as over 15 nations around the world have done the same thing, or are considering it.
The effects of decriminalization on the health and safety of the populace, as well as on addiction numbers is proven to be positive.
Time to jump on the progressive bandwagon Federal United States Government? Maybe?
